Get Inspired by these Dream Ensuites!

How you start your morning can set the tone for your entire day. Think about your experience getting ready this morning. Was it in a space that was easy to do everything like shower, brush your teeth, get ready, get dressed and give yourself one final smile in the mirror before heading out the door? Or, was it a stressful environment that lacked storage for your essentials and had a shared sink for you and your partner to bump elbows over?

Your ensuite should bring you joy knowing you have everything you need in one organized place with enough room to breathe. That’s why our customers put a lot of thought into customizing their perfect modular ensuite based on their lifestyle.

Whether you’re single, live with one partner or have a family with children who like helping you get ready – we have an ensuite idea for you. We’re sharing some of our favourite ensuites along with inspiration for you to design your own!

Popular ensuites in our lineup of modular homes

Three homes take the cake when it comes to ensuites: the Pinnacle, Langford and Sierra.

The Pinnacle

This ensuite is a show stopper featuring a fully tiled shower, jetted soaker tub, dual vanities and separate room for the toilet. A medicine cabinet has been added to the vanity for easy access to any daily medications and every-day use items.

The Langford

Bright, spacious and beautiful – just a few words to describe the Langford ensuite. We’ve added a linen tower beside the vanity for you to easily store towels, bedding and any extra essentials you’d like. An oversized frosted window has also been added above the tub for extra light, while ensuring you still have privacy. You can opt to make this an opening window as well.

The Sierra

This is another customer favourite featuring dual vanities, lots of room for storage with under cabinet cupboards and drawers and a corner oval soaker tub. For those who prefer a stand up shower, this house has you covered. The Sierra features a stand up shower and tub standard, so no need to worry about choosing between the two!

Your guide to customization

You may be wondering what limitations exist with ensuite customization. But, we assure you that the options are endless with modular ensuite bathrooms. Here’s a look at some ideas you can take advantage of when designing your dream ensuite.

Dual Vanities

Consider your lifestyle: would a single or dual vanity work best? If you have multiple people getting ready in your ensuite, we highly recommend opting for a dual vanity. This way, getting ready in the morning can be a stress free experience.

Extra Windows

Customers in the past have added an extra window above the bathtub to bring in loads of natural light. Tip: natural light is a great setting when applying makeup! Having a bright, clean space can also contribute to a better experience in the morning.

Linen Towers

Don’t want to take up valuable closet space with spare lines and bedding? Add a linen tower to your ensuite. There are a few places to put a linen tower like against the vanity or in the corner. Your Housing Consultant will help select the best design for functionality!

Medicine Cabinet

We call it a medicine cabinet, but it’s really a cabinet for all your daily essentials. Whether you need some extra space to store makeup, a first-aid kit, refills for shampoo and toothpaste – there’s enough room for it all.

Sliding barn door

The perfect addition to your ensuite while adding appeal to your master bedroom. Our sliding barn door option is featured in the Tuscany and our customers love it! It’s a great way to jazz up your space while still offering the functionality of a regular door.

Tubs

Gone are the days of having one tub option because we have several to choose from! Our most popular is the oval tub – you can also add jets if you want to really create a spa experience! In floor plans that are on the cozier side, we can add a tub/shower combo to help save on space.

Showers

There’s an option for showers, too. We can do a walk-in shower, either tiled or not. A walk-in shower is a great option for folks with mobility issues who need easy access into the shower without a big step.

Decor Colors

Choose from a wide variety of flooring, countertop and cabinet options to create the space you’ve always dreamt of. Hey, you might even give Pinterest a run for its money!
