Everyone Deserves A Great Home

After losing his home to the Jasper Wildfire my brother and his family had the daunting task of replacing everything they owned. Walking into the Jandel homes office they had the pleasure of meeting Housing Consultant Brian MacInnes. Brian’s professionalism, expertise, compassion and guidance helped them find a home that fit their needs.

This was not an easy feat, faced with Parks Canada regulations, permitting and soil testing, Brian and the Jandel Homes team got the job done and yesterday, they took delivery of their new home! Thanks Jandel!

Melissa Hawke was our sales representative and she was very patient and helpful to us as we chose our Jandel home and upgrades. We are very happy with our new Jandel home. She was very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process of selecting each aspect of the home. Thank you Melissa!

We lost our home to the wildfire in Jasper in July 2024. We were left with a decision to rebuild or to sell and move on. We decided that we would try and rebuild, so we headed into the city. We are familiar with the sign for Jandel homes and decided to stop in. This is where we met Brian MacInnis. He expressed his condolences for the devastation, and took us on our first tour. After viewing a few different layouts, we decided that we would come back. We returned the very next day, and Brian showed us more show homes. We returned to Jasper, and were left with numerous options. We were happy with something very similiar to what we had, and the show homes on the lot were beautiful. After additional tours, hurdles of policies, insurance, costs, we had finally decided on a home. This is where Brian really began to shine. I don't think he honestly knew what he was dealing with when he met us. We had numerous requests, and questions, to which he always responded professionally and in a timely manner. If he was unsure of a request from us, he found out, and quickly responded with our answer. We sent numerous, e-mails, requests, phone calls, and Brian was always courteous and professional. He made himself available whenever we needed him.
His sense of humour through it all, was an additional bonus. We most recently put the finishing touches on our new home and feel good about our decisions with Brian's help. Looking forward to seeing
the final drawings. Brian went above and beyond with his patience and professionalism. We will recommend Jandel Homes and also suggest you stop in to see Brian and his team. They are amazing.

Update: Sept.2025

We have finally recieved our new home and couldn't be happier. The quality of the home met our expectations with a few minor defects, due to travel etc. Brian McInnis was amazing at putting our needs and wants into the design of our home and we couldn't be happier. If looking for a quality manufactured home, stop in to Jandel homes and give Brian a chance to make your dreams come true.

Jordan and Kelsey help with the Admin and Financial details, and did a great job navigating through the hurdles of the rebuild in Jasper.

We were recently visited Jandel Homes, Cameron Desjarlais was the person we dealt with. Cameron was knowledgeable, pleasant and not pushy at all. We never felt rushed as he let us tour all the show homes, he then answered our numerous questions. Highly recommend Cameron as a sales person.
