We never felt rushed as he let us tour all the show homes, he then answered our numerous questions. Highly recommend Cameron as a sales person. We lost our home to the wildfire in Jasper in July 2024. We were left with a decision to rebuild or to sell and move on. We decided that we would try and rebuild, so we headed into the city. We are familiar with the sign for Jandel homes and decided to stop in. This is where we met Brian MacInnis. He expressed his condolences for the devastation, and took us on our first tour. After viewing a few different layouts, we decided that we would come back. We returned the very next day, and Brian showed us more show homes. We returned to Jasper, and were left with numerous options. We were happy with something very similiar to what we had, and the show homes on the lot were beautiful. After additional tours, hurdles of policies, insurance, costs, we had finally decided on a home. This is where Brian really began to shine. I don't think he honestly knew what he was dealing with when he met us. We had numerous requests, and questions, to which he always responded professionally and in a timely manner. If he was unsure of a request from us, he found out, and quickly responded with our answer. We sent numerous, e-mails, requests, phone calls, and Brian was always courteous and professional. He made himself available whenever we needed him.
His sense of humour through it all, was an additional bonus. We most recently put the finishing touches on our new home and feel good about our decisions with Brian's help. Looking forward to seeing
the final drawings. Brian went above and beyond with his patience and professionalism. We will recommend Jandel Homes and also suggest you stop in to see Brian and his team. They are amazing.
